A full length quadrail for your Type 81 rifle or LMG! The lower handguard only will also fit the T81SR upon modification of the rifle’s ferrule.
This handguard uses our biggest screws yet (M5). Four of them are removed and the front handguard hinges upward to allow for easier cleaning and a more solid return to zero. The other screws shown are not removed for cleaning and can be thread locked if desired.
It ships with two barrel clamps (rifle profile, LMG profile) which are optional. If not used, the handguard is semi-freefloated, but if used it will seat very rigidly and hold zero.
The handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, and annodized black with Hardcoat MIL-A-8625, Type III. It contains picatinny on all four sides. These rails are ideal as a host for any grips, handstops, lights, lasers, optics, etc. that the operator should decide to use.
