An improvement on our popular side rails! The Gen 2 side rail allows the user to install it in two different positions depending on preference and which mounts are to be used.
Position 1 – Our original location, allowing for our ambi selector to be accessed, sitting higher for wider mount compatibility.
Position 2 – A more typical location patterned off of similar side rails on the market.
If your rifle was marketed as OR/”Optics Ready”, and has external threads sticking out of the left side of the receiver, then this is the model that will work with your rifle. All SR rifles are OR/”Optics Ready”.
This side rail is machined from rigid 4140PH steel and given a black oxide coating. It allows for the use of AK and SVD type weaver style side mounted optics, with a compatibility list growing below.
